Here's my thoughts today:

 No matter how old you are, there's always room for improvement. We are like onions with many layers and in due season (another maturity level), we grow, and another layer of the onion is peeled away.

 The process of maturity /peeling is not easy or pleasant but the outcome of the new and improved you is so worth it!
